can i dissagree with the buddha?? lol... (my dear friend calls this "rascle reprimands the masters) 

i would say "everything is everything"

but also... how does one keep a clean mind?

& is a messy mind a problem if its a beauitful mess? 

& i am guessing everyone has as unique tools & approaches as the evolving individuals that we are- life itself evolving... if we just let "name-face-place-space" thought concepts fall away.... see? 

i say WE are the biggest art collaboration ever... its called LIFE : ) 

mind is just a part of life.... of lives... not everything!! but it sure is an amazing machine/computer....

but thats what jane says- heres what the buddha says:

beginning a series of posts on LOVE:

i know all of you have been foolishly in love- loving unabashedly.. loving with the heart of a dog... a heart full shining with love like a grand western sunset... it does not matter with who, when, where what.... the experience changes you and lives with in you...

dance of life force

yoga means many things.. but today my dream spoke to me of it meaning two things:

1. breath (that's an easy one)  2. the other was "dance of life force".

not movement of life force or strengthening of life force- but dance of life force.
( side note- great book: mysteries of the life force)

what in your life has the "dance of life force"? or brings your attention to the "dance of life force" within you? outside of your physical form?


 i imagine whole lists of activities & experiences- bring about in you a 
"leaping and jumping of the soul and physical being that you are"  :  ) 
"a powerful state that corresponds to some part of you moving nimbly in excitement."


a few segments below defining these three words- dance/life/force.
since this blog is about "the one we are"- am curious how these three words are defined in other languages- for now, we'll stick with english and of course- your personal language of defining :)


dance:–verb (used without object)

strength or power exerted upon an object; physical coercion;violence: to use force to open the window; to use force on aperson.

3.

strength; energy; power; intensity: a personality of greatforce.

4.

power to influence, affect, or control; efficacious power: theforce of circumstances;

earth surrounding

we laid on the earth
under a juniper bush in the desert
under the moon
under a tree in full bloom
on the edge of the ocean waves
on a bolder by a river
on the back steps
a peak overlooking the pacific ocean
we climbed on a fallen redwood tree
we nesteled into the ferns in vermont
we hiked mountains in virginia
we walked in the rain & the mud, in the river and stream.
we ran in the woods
we ran in the desert
we ran we walked we sat we slept we rested we watched we delighted

in eachother and all of nature that surrounded us
