sprouting

everyday we have an opportunity to rise up through the crusted soil of the experience of being human like the courageous sprout, or we can decide we need to stay in the soil to be nurtured & fed & protected a little longer. but certainly when we are ready the feeling of spreading our wings, is like that of the courageous plant, rising up to greet the sun, trusting the earth, and life, that it will water us, feed us, care for us, so we may grow into what we are intended to be. 

and we can do it over and over again, in every cycle of our life, of the earth, of the seasons, every day. there is a constant opportunity for unity & newness.
